Can I be pregnant

My baby is 2 months old I breast and formula feed him since I’m breastfeeding my dr gave me the progesterone birth control pills called “Errin” and said they have to be taken at the same time every day or within 8 hours and also that breastfeeding with no menstral cycle most likely means you won’t ovulate

So I’m only on my 20th pill I also give baby formula 40-50% of the time and for about 3weeks (starting a week before I started Errin) I had pink n brown sometimes red discharge like stuff coming out but not even enough to fill a pad in a day so idk if that’s a period or what

On day 18 of the pill I took it 10 hours late and not 8 I had sex that night n my partner didn’t pull out I’ve still been taking my birth control and breastfeeding like usual could I have gotten pregnant?
