Similar symptoms?!

So after I had ovulated a few days later I had pulling on my hip(which felt weird), had a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen and pulling/lighting crotch a few days now and maybe a few dizzy spells. I’m just hoping this isn’t in my head and I’m going crazy!

We haven’t been really trying and I think I am..not sure until I test but did anyone had the similar symptoms I had and had a BFP?! Also wanted to point I’ve never had these symptoms happen to me before..
