I could use some advice..
This is my second pregnancy and I am technically obese now due to my high bmi of 32.5. I'm so afraid that this pregnancy is at risk because of me. I have an almost 2 year old and we have a lot of stress..I just haven't had the time to exercise. So I gained weight. Did I ruin my second pregnancy experience? What are some things I can do that worked for you to stay healthy while pregnant? I will be seeing a dietician and I will talk to my midwives when I have my first appointment. But I'd love to hear everyone else's experiences being overweight, plus sized, and/or obese. I'm scared. I feel so guilty for this baby already. And the Google search certainly isn't helping..
