Hemorrhoids😫 TMI

Well let’s give a little background info before i start this.

When i had my daughter back in 2017 i never had hemorrhoids... UNTIL i was in labor. I experienced every pain from that labor. Well, no one told i got two extremely large hemorrhoids on my butt... until i got home and looked downstairs...

Since i recovered from her birth i haven’t had one since...

WELLLLL!!! I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with my second child, and i have been constipated for 3-4 weeks now. I’ve tried everything under the sun. Tucks and witch hazel. None of those items seem to be working or helping.

Is there anything i could use or try to help get rid of these monsters?
