Did my nipple just fall off???

I was inspecting my breasts and found a piece of hard skin right in the middle of my nipple and tried to pick it off. It came off but there’s a little shallow hole there now and it was kind of sticky comping off. Is it colostrum or an actual piece of my nipple?? I’m kinda freaking out I’m a FTM

Oh how funny, this happened to me last week I think it was and I thought “what the fuck?” And as I was inspecting my nipple my husband walked in with a weird look on his face 😂

It’s fine! It’ll heal up. Sometimes parts of the skin gets dry from the colostrum drying on it. Put on some nipple cream and don’t worry.
