Just found out I’m not ovulating

And possibly have PCOS, I’m starting Clomid 50mg when my AF decides to show and metformin today, has anyone had anyone had any luck this first round? I’m so upset right now 😔 my doctor also said my LH was in reversal but I still get lines on my LH tests?
