5 days late!!!

I took a digital test maybe 2-3 days before AF was due which was 2/16/19. The test said “Not Pregnant” so I sobbed for a second and told myself it was ok and maybe next time.

AF is now 5 days late. I’ve been experiencing mild on and off cramping for two and a half weeks straight which is weird to me, my breast are swollen and the left one is extremely sore. Other than those two symptoms I have none.

My cycles are normally every 28-29 days but they could be changing.

What do you guys think? When should I test again?
