I’m so confused and stressed? TMI

I had orange spotting this afternoon? Two weeks ago I got multiple vvfp tests, so I thought I was pregnant then I had bright red spotting/bleeding for 9 days which I was told could’ve been a chemical pregnancy. I haven’t bled for 3 days and now I’m spotting very lightly?

Did you ever go to the dr. to confirm that you were pregnant? You might have had a very early miscarriage. If that's the case you could still bleed. Please go to the dr to be sure as vaginal bleeding could be caused by something very different and totally unrelated to pregnancy.
