What’s going on

Not entirely sure when i ovulated. OB said last Friday 2/15 that i was ovulating or close to. Glow says 2/21. We BD 2/13 2/14 2/19 and 2/20 (last night). But last night afterwards i had these weird pinchy and tingly cramps down the middle of my stomach, lower stomach and near my hips. I was slightly nauseous too. Anyone have any idea what this is?? I had to go get a heating pad just to comfort the weird feeling. I did end up going to the bathroom too (tmi) not a lot and it didn’t really make it better. It’s not pain that is ER worthy. It’s so weird because it’s tingly and semi sharp at the same time! Help 😫
