period talk
okay so I get my period 2 times a month sometimes,then my flow is sooo heavy that it bleeds through I have to wear like size 10 on pads,I hate having a period🥴then my CRAMPS my cramps are horrible one time I couldn’t even move,my legs start hurting hella bad so no I know I’m getting my period or I have it,can anyone relate or have any tips on cramps or heavy ass flow!?
