I’m confused help!

So I’m really confused. I don’t shave that much down there apart from parts you can see with togs on (because I swim). And I noticed the other day that there was a lump just in the top part kinda not on the actual lips. And I don’t know what it is. It kind of looks like a pimple because it had like white stuff but I don’t know. If anyone knows what it could be please tell me. Thank you.
