Paragaurd iud no period for 2 months

I got the paragaurd iud back in the end of November, I had spotting and heavy bleeding that month and in December when my period would normally start. Well in January I had bleeding for like a day and it stopped now we’re reaching the end of February and no period when I would have normally had it by now. Before I had to procedure done I was given a pregnancy test and it was negative, but now that I haven’t had my period for basically 2 months I’m worried. Has this ever happened to anyone else? The paragaurd is nonhormonal so it’s not suppose to stop your period, just make it heavier and more cramping but I haven’t had it and I’m worried.
