baby aspirin?

Has anyones doctors recommended they take baby low dose aspirin to prevent preeclampsia from reoccurring? 
mine has. he suggested I start taking it immediately in my pregnancy. now I'm coming up on 36 weeks, and I just ran out. 
I want to know if the doctors have suggested when to stop taking it? 
cant it cause more bleeding or something? I dont want to buy another bottle if at my next appointment, he tells me to stop taking it.

My doctor had me stop taking it after my 36 week visit so I’m not sure if every doctor is the same but I guess it takes weeks for your blood to get back right so that you don’t bleed more during birth. It might be perfect timing that you ran out

Mine said to stop at 36 weeks.

My dr put me on baby aspirin because it improves nutrient flow through the placenta (last baby was growth restricted). She said stop at 36 weeks but that it isn’t harmful to take it right until birth. I would check with your dr though as I was taking it for a different reason.

Mine told me to take the aspirin but never gave me a reason. They also told me to take it my entire pregnancy. I’m 37/1 today.
