Bleeding / cramping

Hi everyone. I’m about 5 weeks and experienced spotting. Doc prescribed me progesterones - to strengthen my uterus. It then caused bleeding (brown) and this time it was red but its light and no clots are present.

I also have cramps which are persistent but mild. Sometimes sharp pains but I would never describe it as severe pain.

The nurse said that doc will give me a jab this Monday (not sure what kind yet). Anyone else has experienced cramping and bleeding/spotting at 5 weeks?
