Please help

I’m 5w+2 and when I woke up this morning I had this. I kept wiping and it was gone. I haven’t had bad cramping associated with it and my tests are actually getting darker. I took a CB digital and the “pregnant” popped up faster this time and my FR lines are darker than before. I called the OB and have an appointment today later on. Just looking for some hope. 😔
