I need some help with budgeting! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Hey ladies and gents, my husband and I are looking to buy a house. We live in Canada and are hoping some Canadians can help us out.

We are trying to plan financially in advance before jumping into mortgage.

We never lived in a house before, in Canada, so we don’t know about all of the expenses.

How much do you pay approximately for:

Electricity

Water

Heat

Gas

Home insurance

Mortgage insurance

Maintenance fees

I am also aware there are other expenses such as condo fees and property taxes, depending of what kind of home it is.

Is there anything we are missing?

Hopefully you guys can help us haha so we would prefer if you are from Canada, maybe type which province you are in, how big is your home, is it condo, house, townhouse (what type of home is it), and breakdown of your approximate expenses.
