How to get my puppy to stop biting😭😭😭

So I have a lab and catahoula mix. He’s about 5 months now and he’s a very sweet dog but he loves to be in charge and he will snap his teeth at me and bite so hard! He literally attacks me. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I honestly can not handle it. He is so rough 24/7 and no matter what I do he doesn’t stop. He just jumps on me and bites holes in my shirts and pants and my arms look like I cut myself because of him. Does anyone have any tips?

Edit: I should have made this clearer when posting because now I feel bad lol. But I’m 18 and living with my boyfriend and his mom, it’s technically their dog but they both work so I’m alone with him all day. We got him about a month ago & he already had this problem. I’ve been trying to correct it by firmly saying no and putting him in his crate when he does it but it doesn’t seem to be working. I more than likely will have to take him to an obedience school.
