Should I be worried??

I went in today for my first ultrasound and found out I wasn’t 8 weeks. My gestational sac was actually measuring at 6 weeks. My last period was December 23rd, 2018 and my cycle lengths are pretty long, about 44 days. This is what my ultrasound looked like. My doctor scheduled me for another ultrasound next week. Should I be worried?

This happened to me last week. My cycles are longer has well. I was measuring about 5w5d and they couldn’t see the heartbeat. Just s yolk sac. I went back today and there was a strong heartbeat and everything looked fine !

Same thing happend to me. A week later there was a little nugget with a heart beat.

My cycles are about 40 days and the drs are always two weeks off than what I actually am. I always have to tell them that the way the estimate it isn’t right for how my body works. I wouldn’t worry that your measuring behind.

Probably just ovulated a bit late in your cycle :) no worries.

Don't worry. My last period was December 22nd and when I went for my scan 2 days ago I should have been close to 9 weeks along. However my little jellybean was measuring 7 weeks and 3 days with a nice strong heartbeat. It just has to do with that you may have ovulated later in your cycle than normal and you could have implanted really late. Unless your doctors start to get concerned then I really wouldn't worry.
