Depression Meds

So my fiancé is currently taking medication for his depression, which is a medication that often causes some performance issues in the bedroom. My fiancé’s meds make it incredibly difficult for him to cum (I don’t think he’s finished since he started taking them), and sometimes makes it hard for him to stay hard. Has anyone experienced similar issues with their partner, and if so, what are some things that have worked for you to kinda combat the effects of the meds?
