AF concerns...

Sooo miscarried early early in November. Period back on point regular within first cycle. No problems before or after. Started period last Thursday-Monday. Maybe light spotting Wednesday during sex. Woke up this morning with full blown period! Wtf is that? I’m really discouraged bc we have been trying to hard. I’m 32 and I’m convinced I’m on the decline. No but really, anyone have this happen and have text book regular cycles? Don’t even know if I should end the period Monday and restart period for today in calendar. 🤔
