Could I be pregnant?

My implant is due to come out next week and I’ve been having minor symptoms but I’m not too worried about it. I’ve been having headaches and I’m not usually the type of person to get headaches, I’ve been having bad vaginal and lower abdominal cramping but no bleeding and I’ve been feeling very nauseous but no vomiting and also I don’t really have an appetite at this point. I thought maybe it could be symptoms from the implant but I have never experienced any of the symptoms in the three years I’ve had it. Should I test or am I over thinking.
