Took a test

I was supposed to get my period on the 30th till the 4th and it never came my last period was the 3rd of August and it only lasted 3 days. Well 2 and a half so I took a test on the 4th because I have been feeling a little strange and it came out positive and the lines came out dark right away does that mean I'm farther alone then 5weeks ?
