Ontario second time mama’s! What to pack in hospital bag?

Question

Anyone here give birth in the hospital in Ontario? I’m almost 36 weeks and want to pack my hospital bag, what do I need? 
I found lists online but I’m pretty sure they’re American. I’m not sure if all hospitals provide the same things, or if it’s different in Canada because our hospitals are publicly funded. 
Do any of you have a list I can borrow? Thanks!!

My hospital sent me this list with my birth plan forms. I followed it but added comfy clothes, nursing pillow, phone charger, ear buds and nipple cream. I used pretty much everything last time but was also there for 2 days prebaby and 2 days for recovery. 
My hospital provided small amounts of pads and diapers but otherwise just hospital gowns And swaddles.

I’m a FTM from Ontario but my sister just had a baby in September and here’s what she sent me:
You:
Robe
Slippers
Nursing nightgown
Pillows for you and hubby
Water cup
Pads
Chapstick
Mesh underwear (hospital may provide)
Underwear for when finished with mesh underwear  
Nursing bra
Outfit to go home in 
Comfy pajamas for hospital (in case you need them but I wore my nursing nightgown and a robe after he was born 
Shampoo/conditioner
Body wash
Lotion
Brush
Contacts/solution- I wore my glasses part of the time
Pen
Deodorant/any other toiletries you need or want
They provide a peri bottle to you
Baby needs:
Diapers
Wipes
Outfit to take home baby in 
A couple sleepers
Car seat (head support if required for seat)
Blanket to cover baby in car seat 
Hat for baby
Pump (bring just in case)
Vaseline
Baby wash( they provided but bring a small travel size just in case)
They hardly provide anything in Ontario. Hope this helps.😊
