Idk how to really feel about this

So I'm currently 4 months pregnant with a boy. I been asking his father to come to the doctor appointments. I Am high risk have to go every two weeks. So every time I ask him to come he gives me these excuses like I dont have no time off or i forgot to see if i can get a day off. Btw we live together. He has two kids with another woman. So this mf(excuse my language) makes time on a Friday to get off work early to go have sex with his babymama.....I need some advice on this.....
