Okay I had the iud places in on February 13th at 1 pm ish and had unprotected sex a week after, on February 19th around 8 pm so idk if I should be worried. He didn’t come or anything and he peed before hand which I know can reduce the likelihood of live sperm to be on precum.

I’m getting some weird cramping right now around where I guess my ovaries would be so idk if it’s the iud itself or if I should freak out. I’m supposed to be on my fertile window so maybe it’s ovulation cramps? The iud is hormonal so I thought I would be okay please help!!!
