HCG Levels

I need some understanding, I went for blood work today to see if I was pregnant. The test came back positive but my doctor said something about a guarded pregnancy bc my hcg level was at 15. I asked her where is should be, she said they like it to be around 100. I’m a date late on my period.

Anyone have this happen to them and what was the end result? Miscarriage?

I have had two previous early on miscarriages last year and I’m afraid it’s about to happen again.
