UTI early pregnancy

so I am pretty certain I have a UTI. I am about 4 weeks pregnant. Normally, I would take an over the counter for it. But, since I am pregnant I can't take anything. my doctor's office is closed for Labor Day. I know to drink a lot of water or cranberry juice. anyone have any tips? this is the most annoying thing ever!!!
