ttc ?

So i’m 17 currently so I don’t have much experience but, i’ve seen a  lot of women posting about their ttc stories and how they’ve been trying for years ,sometimes even 6 years. 
Is that the average time? Or is years of ttc the norm? Because I never thought it’d be that hard if you’re having unprotected sex for over a year? 
So i’m just curious ...

Some women get pregnant within a month, some women try for ten years and don’t get pregnant. It’s really an individual person-to-person thing.

It all depends on your body. Some women have infertility issues, some have trouble tracking ovulation; PCOS; endometriosis; thyroid issues.. I mean the list goes on really.

It’s hard for some of us because we have complications that prevent us from getting pregnant. Some women have infertility issues where we need assistance getting pregnant some woman just have diseases(not sexually transmitted or anything like that) where it makes it harder for us to get pregnant and it takes months/years.
