Bacteria vaginosis & pregnant?!

I’m 24 weeks pregnant and at my 19 week appointment I mentioned to my doctor and she checked my labs from LAST YEAR and I had BV that my regular doctor never cared to mention. I was given the vaginal gel for 10 days. Well it’s been about a month now and the odor is gone, but I’m still having bright yellow discharge & a tiny bit of itching. Does it sound like I still have it? Should I call my OB office?

I’m terrified if I don’t get it cured something will happen to my baby 😭
