Question

Do ladies work out while pregnant? 
I move the wrong way and I get a sharp ass pain where baby is!
I do streaching but I can only do so much before it hurts really bad!

You’re still pretty early in your pregnancy, take it easy with walks and gentle yoga until you have a bit more stamina. 
I’m 38w and still lifting weights at the gym 5x a week. It’s weird to actively not raise your heart rate or get hot/sweaty, but it’s very much beneficial to maintain some kind of movement especially for your mental wellbeing. 
One tip for the aches and pains is get on top of things early!! I have amazing over-bump compression tights which are a godsend to keep my hips and core feeling controlled when working out, and also treat yourself to a pregnancy massage or physiotherapist every so often to keep the aches and pains away 😊

I’m only 8 weeks pregnant but have had a consistent workout schedule for months so my body is used to it and I don’t push it as hard. Otherwise if you’re just starting go with walking or the elliptical and include some body weight only workout moves.
