What drinks are safe to consume in Pregnancy? Is soda water & soft drinks in moderation safe to drink?

It’s all safe! I drink what the he’ll I like through all five of my pregnancy’s and baby all brill there are worse things you could be doing stop worrying about what you can and can’t eat drink and just enjoy ❤️

I use soda water to try and help curb my addiction to soda. Soda is fine just watch how much you drink, need to Make sure to stay hydrated. I also found though the further along I am the less my stomach likes soda.

Most soft drinks are probably safe but are not really recommended and you should probably try to avoid the ones with caffeine in them (such as cola). You also have to be a bit careful with fresh fruit juice too as a lot of it isn’t pasteurised. Check the labels to see what’s in them. It’s best to try to limit them and mostly drink water x

They say you can have 200mg of caffeine a day. And soda water doesn’t have any caffeine so you are good
