I’m 8 weeks, bleeding and cramping.. passing little clots. Does this look like the start of a miscarriage? I went to the ER yesterday and they said baby still had a strong heartbeat. But during my pelvic exam, DR seen blood coming out of my cervix (closed) he said it doesn’t look good. :(
