Solid bm

Ok so my 2 month old started daycare Monday.. Tuesday night she was vomiting a lot. (Wasn’t sure if it was from a stomach bug or post nasal drip.) since then me my oldest daughter and now my husband have all had a stomach bug... baby hasn’t wanted to eat much since. Each day she eats more and more but you can tell she’s still being cautious.. she’s still having plenty of wet diapers but now she’s having solid bm’s. At two months I dont think she should be having solid stool. Am I over thinking this !? Should I call her pediatrician!?

She got her 2 month vaccines Wednesday and the dr said they could cause diarrhea but could this be a reaction to them !?
