IUD and missed period?

Hello all! I got a paragard IUD placed in last May and overall my periods haven’t changed too much. For the past couple of months my period has been pretty regular and has been coming between days 28-30. This is my first month where eve didn’t tell me when I was ovulating, I’m not sure why maybe because my amount of period days were kinda short but I really don’t know. I didn’t think much of it but me and SO had quite a few good days of having sex where he would finish in me, as I have the IUD we didn’t worry too much, a few times we would place spermicide at the end but not every time. I am currently four days late, as said before this hasn’t happened in a few months. I know paragard is highly effective but if someone gets pregnant the risk for an ectopic pregnancy is higher. Would you guys recommend I want a few days more to see if my period comes or should I try to take a pregnancy test?

Ps: I read only ectopic pregnancies can show low HcG levels so someone may be pregnant but the test might show negative. So I am really unsure what to think here.
