Ladies who workout while pregnant what time of day do you find working out is working for you? im currently 7wk 4days and im normally a few times a week i like to go on runs but the past two months ive definitely slacked off and since finding out im pregnant ive been so exhausted and just can't make the time but im already worried about weight gain. Any tips or advice?
