How to be fit?

For starters..

How do we get this body? Is it achievable if you have a busy schedule?

Is it mainly the food intake or the exercising routine?

Can you get this type of vody with home exercises or you have to go to the gym for weight training?

How do you reach this body if you're a bit overweight? Do you have to do cardio till you lose the weight first or you can just start exercising while limiting food intake?

Any idea??
