How far gone COULD I be?

I came off BC in September, had a period early November then started my last one 30th December which lasted about 5 days. I found out Tuesday I’m pregnant and the dye tests are coming back quite strong positives which I guess indicates a fair amount of HCG and the digital clear blue one reads 3+ weeks.

I last took a test about the 27th jan and that was a clear negative

Because my periods never came into any recognisable pattern I’m not sure how far gone I could be? Apps say about 8 weeks based on last period but if so I feel like the January test should possibly have been a faint positive if so? Or could that have just been too early 🤔
