So I’ve been bleeding dark red and brown since Wednesday. Not heavy and super small clots on Thursday but not since. I had bloodwork Thursday and it was at 23 :( I am assuming a miscarriage but I have been exhausted and started being nauseous yesterday and today. That’s the same way I started morning sickness with my other two. I am so so confused at what’s going on!! I just needed to vent a little. I hate this.
