Anyone else experience this weird feeling? I was told it’s normal growing pains  , but I worry about everything

I have been cramping off and on since four weeks and I am approaching eight weeks in two days. I’ve noticed I get it more if I am not drinking enough.

I’m 8w2d as well and I’ve been having light cramping for about 2 Weeks now. Dr says it’s normal. Only worry it it is severe cramping and/or associated with spotting or bleeding, or if the cramping is isolated to just one side.
