Miscarriage?

I woke up this morning to the worst cramps I've ever had. When I went to the bathroom I saw that my blood was mostly brown and dark red. I didnt really think anything of it. I just thought it was bad cramps. I went back to the bathroom later and saw a clump on my pad and I found other weird stuff in my blood that I've never seen before. Sorry if the pictures quality is bad. I just need advice ladies. I don't know if this is me being to worried for no reason or if it's a miscarriage.
