Pain on one side

So yesterday I had a niggly pain in my left side, I'm pretty sure it's the side I ovulated from. I visited the nurse who sent me to the early pregnancy unit to get checked out. The Dr wasn't overly concerned, she examined me internally and said my uterus felt 5-6 wks (I'm 6+1). She did my bloods and I'm to go back tomorrow evening to check levels. The pain doesn't require pain meds and is more of a twinge but I'm worried sick. I took a digital this morning to check, it said 3+ weeks

. I have booked in for a private scan tomorrow afternoon before my nhs scan on Tuesday. No bleeding/funny discharge at all.

Has anyone else had this and had a positive outcome??
