Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Has anyone used RRL tea to help with conception and tone the uterus etc? Is it safe to drink after ovulation? 1st trimester? After drinking it i feel my uterus contracting for quite some time so im thinking its working but also afraid that if i DO conceive this cycle the contractions might cause a miscarriage? Any input is appreciated!
