Implantation bleeding

Past few days I've been experiencing light cramping and sore nipples. This Thursday i wiped and it was a light pink blood but small amount and the next day it was nothing. Also creamy white as well. This morning same things small amount light pink when wiping. Curious as to what this means is it implantation bleeding or my period coming although i still have a week or so until my period. Anyone know what this could be because we haven't been ttc but if its a chance im pregnant id be ecstatic
