Preeclampsia , IuI baby

My sister-in-law had an iui and she is now 32 weeks pregnant, she was diagnosed with preeclampsia yesterday afternoon and was admitted to the hospital. They told her she won't be leaving until he is born. They have tried 4 different methods trying to get her to dialate and we've had no luck so far. The last resort will be a c-section. So if you could keep baby Andrew and his mama in you prayers we would really appreciate it. Thank you. ❤ hopefully we will have a baby soon!
