16 week old screaming before every nap

I have no idea what to do, my LO will sleep at night in her moses basket no problem but in the day she will only sleep on me. I've made my peace with that part but I can't understand why she screams herself to sleep every nap time. I take the cues when she's tired rubbing eyes etc and pick her up, put her on my chest and have to persevere for about 10 minutes whilst she screams until she drops off. I don't know what to do surely this can't be nice for her to get so worked up before a nap. Anyone have any advice or their babies do the same thing?
