PAIN RELIEF ??

I wasn't sure where to post this...i had a molar extracted yesterday which was quite infected and was told to go home and take a couple of panadol.. The roots were enormous on this tooth it had been abscessed for some time. Im in so much Pain though and taking 8 Panadol a day. Will this harm the baby? And is there anything else i am able to take. Appreciate any help my whole face is swallon😳

UPDATE....Thanks for response guys, i went to the doctors this morning in tears balling and was prescribed, panadiene (codiene), panadol osteo, & antibiotics...feeling much better☺
