My mom wasn’t really that big even at 9 months but it also could be because of the style of them wearing baggy shirts back then so she didn’t look as big as people do now. Will i be the same way or does it have little to no correlation??

Everything to do with your body type and fitness level.

Yes and no. A lot of your pregnancy can be genetic. But remember you also have your fathers genes. And on top of that, there's other factors like your body type or shape and position of your uterus.
Most of my pregnancy has followed my mother's pattern pretty closely. But I've been through a few things she's never heard of too.
