Lunette cup help tilted uterus
Okay so I started using it yesterday. Loved it at first. I know I’m it’s open whenever inside and high enough. Whenever I take it out it’s not even close to being full. I’m a light bleeder. But I’m noticing spots in my undies. Please help. Also it’s so gross whenever I take it out. What am I missing here. Also I do have a tilted uterus. I’ve had two kids also.
