Can’t orgasm! EVER!

Hi, I am almost 41 years old, and I have never reached an orgasm. I tried the hitachi magic wand and the Lovense Lush 2 inside, w my gorgeous man, everything was going great, and then all of a sudden, instead of reaching orgasm, my forehead simply exploded. I had the worst headache after, and it killed the mood. We tried so many other exciting things before, I thought the vibrators were going to get me there, and it didn’t happen. I’m so frustrated!!! Why can’t I reach an orgasm at 40? Why does everything go wrong, and I’m left with something that disables me from doing anything else?
