Pregnancy Symptoms???

So I have been feeling pretty nauseous the past couple of days with cramping on and off. Just today I woke up and my boobs are feeling heavier. They don’t hurt like how they usually do when I’m getting me period. I’m hoping these are pregnancy symptoms and not just in my head! My SO and I had sex on Valentine’s Day which would be the time I would’ve gotten pregnant (If I am) how soon can you experience symptoms???
